For about 2 weeks now I have been unable to make or receive calls, due to being cut out continuously. I have went to a few Verizon stores about this issue and on the phone with them almost every day. It's yet to be resolved. I'm furious! I am paying for a service I'm not getting. I would not recommend Verizon after this experience.

Chanceler Williams, He’s amazing with everything he does, he helped me and my family, and I had an iPhone 6 s, and he helped me fix everything and put all my data on a iPhone 13! I would definitely go to him again, when I need a new iPhone! I would only recommend him to anyone!

Anthony N. was an amazing help! I ended up visiting the store every couple weeks waiting for a phone order that got mixed up and he was communicative and patient. Eventually he decided enough was enough and helped me pick a different phone that was in stock and get a great promotional deal. He even waited past closing time when my phone data swap took longer than expected. I definitely recommend asking for this young man if you find yourself at this store in need of anything!
