Great experience, I would definitely go back. The salt cave was beautiful inside and peaceful, it was very easy to relax and meditate. The one hour deep tissue massage was very thorough and I felt rejuvenated afterwards. They have a clean waiting area and a huge selection of soaps, aromas, gifts, etc. to look at. The staff was very friendly and polite. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I wanted to do a couples massage but they didn't have a room for that or two masseurs to do my husband and I at the same time. But they accommodated us back to back and we still enjoyed our experience. Thank you!

First visit yesterday, to shop and check out the crystals. Wonderful selection of small pieces and large specimens! Prices were super reasonable for quality crystals. Great selection of loose tea and single herb. I will be back for a salt cave session soon!

Such a relaxing experience. The salt cave is great for my sinus issues and the FIR sauna is great for my skin, muscle aches. Employees are very nice & helpful. Place is immaculate.

Incredible, healing experience. I was so excited walking in, every room filled with naturopathic and healing particulars. I signed up for the Halotherapy in the cave room. The representatives were courteous and very knowledgeable. The salt in the room was imported from Poland 🇵🇱 , thus being an authentic salt cave. One of the only places in the area. There are many healing benefits to Halotherapy, to name a few , improved skin, breathing/ lung, inflammation. I went seeking healing for my lungs, taste and smell and truly felt an improvement from when I walked in breathing in clear to afterwards. My skin felt as if I spent the day near the ocean in salt water. it is truly an immersive experience, without giving to much away; do your body and mind a favor, take your loved ones and go. The tea room was incredible, walls lined with real organic ingredient. Essential oils, skincare , CBD, salt lamps, crystals, etc. Services in addition to Halotherapy include massages, hand and foot detox, hypnosis , infrared sauna, reflexology, classes , etc. You can book a large group for the room of up to 8. With all of the scary viruses in the world , and general wear and tear , stress ; we are lucky to have such a beneficial resource in our area !
