I've been living here for 2 years plus with my pregnant wife. They made alot of changes to the apartment recently. They painted the hallways and it looks alot better. The maintenance workers are really nice and always asking how my pregnant wife is doing.

Been here several years now. We love it! The maintenance know what they are doing and respond within days. Barbeques on the front and back of property, 2 pools, workout room, two dog parks, and a computer room. Other residents with similar rent, do not have the above items available, and are not with the space as Park Regency Club. We are renewing our lease again now, and I highly recommend it to everyone. This is a very quiet residence. Sometimes I forget that there are so many people living here.

Been living here for 1 year so far with my husband and recently renewed my lease for a second year. After looking at multiple apartment complexes in the area, Park Regency is definitely the nicest "pet friendly" option in my opinion (and I'm pretty picky). Our apartment was newly renovated with all new appliances, flooring & countertops. The unrenovated apartments are pretty out of date, but I think they are trying to make them all renovated at this point. My particular building is pretty quiet and I rarely interact with my neighbors. The staff has been generally prompt, courteous and professional over this past year. Anytime an issue has come up, they have responded quickly. Dani in the office is wonderful, always going above and beyond by completing forms for maintenance requests and bug prevention requests for us rather than having us file a request. I was nervous to see how much they would increase our rent after reading some other reviews. I were surprised to find it only increase by about $30. Keep in mind that often times the only people who write reviews are those who have something negative to say. Overall, we are happy with this complex and it was nice, clean and affordable for the area.

I stayed here for 2.5 years, and here's my honest review with my best effort to stay as objective as possible. I will start with the goods: they had the best maintenance crew I've ever seen! Once they come in, the problem is fixed, and they're very respectful of my lifestyle as well. I don't wear shoes at home and I put that in a special note, and every time they come to fix something at my place they either take their shoes off or put on shoe covers. Here's an advice: when you put in a maintenance work order through web, it can take 10+ days to be address, as seen from other reviews. However, if you go into the office and speak to the staff directly, it gets addressed within couple days, sometimes on a same day even if it's not urgent. The landscaping is beautiful. It was always pleasurable to walk to my mailbox to enjoy the garden. Seasonal flowers are always planted, and trees are trimmed before it has any chance to get too big or ugly. My favorite was the white roses at the southern end of the building next to the playground. Staffs are nice and willing to work with you at a reasonable level. My first rent increase notice showed an increase of $140/mo, which I thought was ridiculous. I was preparing for bloodbath while fighting for rent and was also thinking of moving out in case I lose the battle, but after one email my increase dropped to $47/mo. Another advice: negotiate the rent increase during contract renewal EVERY SINGLE YEAR! You're not legally bound to the renewal until you sign it, meaning there's always a window of negotiation. Plus, it's a win for apartment to keep the apartment occupied as much as possible, so chances are they will work with you, unless there's huge waiting list or you're a major headache to the complex. Now the bads: minus one star for laundry facility. I was at the transition period of renovating laundry room and putting in the new units. it took months and months until the renovation, which forced me to go to coin laundry. The renovation was a horrible move: new machines only took credit card and 8 out of 10 you get this annoying as f__k message "ECON" and it won't work at all. You get lucky enough to get the washing machine to work, then none of the dryer works, then good luck drying them with natural light! Washing machines are poorly maintained as well, and it's straight up filthy. After 2 or 3 uses, I ended up going to coin laundry for the remainder of the stay. Minus two stars for a critical issue: SAFETY! First week of my move-in, my car window was busted for no reason, as everything was hidden. I raised the issue to Christina (who I thank goodness she's long gone now), but she made it sound like it's everyday thing. Not only that, my Amazon packages have been stolen multiple times (I was here before Amazon locker was installed), and there are homeless people digging trash almost every single day. There's tent village right cross the southern end of the property, which management cannot do anything about since it's out side of the complex line. But at least can they keep them out? Parking enforcement is a joke and I see unknown cars without stickers parked here and there, and guest lot is always full with cars without permits. That makes me wonder who's freely coming into the property. Who knows, one broken into my car is living near me. Finally, I don't trust the building foundation. my apartment was tilted so bad the door won't close, and cracks were getting bigger day by day. I called the maintenance to raise this serious issue, and all they did was carve off the door so then it'll close. If I throw a ball in the living room it always rolls towards the window. I think it got worse when they kicked me out from my parking lot to install the garages for extra $$$. Any noticeable earthquake will take this place down! My day to day life wasn't majorly affected by the apartment, and I do have good memories as it was my first apartment after the marriage. However, there are for sure some things that apartment really needs to bring up a notch to satisfy more tenants.
