The service is not customer driven. There is a kind of entitlement felt from the advisors every time I go there. Extended waiting around for help. Just not a good experience

If your truck engine is a CUMMINS and it can not be driven or go into gear due to a clutch issue after the / a repair, then yes.
I work for Cummins in Downey. Bring th truck to our service department. We need to look at your engine data tag to determine if it qualifies and if it needs the new datatag. You will have to order the datatag if needed and then when it comes in we will call you and then we have to install it. Then you can purchase the clean air idle sticker. The sicker is $350, I dont recall the datatag cost though. Hope this helps
