One of the better king taco locations. Come to this this location instead of the horrible Glendale location. As with most king tacos this location has different extra items on their menu in addition to the stuff they have at every location. The al pastor is always great. The Lengua and asada are always good as well. One day I'll try their mole, but it's to hard to resist the al pastor. (I believe it's what made them famous.) The red salsa is very flavorful, but beware it is pretty spicy. Green salsa is very good too, but the red is great. Price for portion/taste: 4/5 I want to give it a five, but lately it has gotten very pricey on certain menu items. However king taco provides consistent and tasty Mexican fast food. Parking score: 5/5 There is lot parking, metered street parking and parking for free in the neighborhood.

Small Gem in Los Angeles. The food is made as the order is placed. The Restaurant can get fairly crowded during average eating hours so expect a line because it will get busy. If you don't have patience and you know what to order, call in your order and pick it up at a certain time. They accept phone orders too. We had 4 Carne Asada burritos with everything and the waiting time for the food was worth it (about 15 minutes). Make sure to ask for salsa on the side to avoid your food from getting soft.

Listen, I'm no taco expert, but I am an experienced taco enthusiast. If you want what I would call the prototypical version of an LA Mex style taco, this is your spot. I found this one randomly because of where I was working. I happily discover this is some LA legend/local type spot and I'm at the original location (hence the plaque to the late founder RIP) We ordered a lot because I got carried away. It didn't matter. It was all delicious. The Al Pastor was definitely good, I hear it's a thing. Also chicken burrito and Carne asada tacos were great. Judging from the pictures and stuff I didn't order from the menu, I barely scratched the surface. If you see a Taco King, stop in and pay his highness a visit.

The Food was delicious! My order came out quick and fresh. I had one Al Pastor Taco and one chicken and Green Chili Tamale. The Tamale was the best non-homemade I've ever had.
