Order a drink for the "manager" Greg, (was not what we asked for) didn't enjoy it so my friend and I kindly asked for a replacement. He said we would have to be charged on top of the drink we just ordered even though we just took a sip out of it, it was a part of their 'policy'. Very rude, unkind, horrible customer service. Wont be coming back.

I asked for a vodka red bull. The manager made me and my friend that drink and it came back tasting like not a real Red Bull. I asked him if it was a monster and he said no it came from a gun. Called “Red Fuze” I told him it was too sweet and we didn’t enjoy it if we could get a different drink and pay the difference. He began to tell us we had to pay for that drink plus a new drink. That he wasn’t going to take the one we didn’t enjoy off our tab. He was being really rude and inconsiderate and began to ask us where we work because this is how policy is and no where else should do it differently. I have worked in the service industry for 9 years corporate and family owned and never have told someone I wouldn’t get them something different if they genuinely didn’t enjoy what they’ve consumed. Horrible customer service and we will never be coming here again

Easily my favorite bar. Very relaxed atmosphere. The bartenders always give good recommendations and have a ton of beer options. Great shuffleboard table and occasional live entertainment. - Very chill place to meet up with friends.

Fun little bar with live music (typically real good bands) on Fridays. Surprisingly long list of decently priced bottled beers and free shuffleboard. Not usually too crammed, one of the better hertel bars.
