I went for an engine light check. After waiting for a while, one of the associates just handed me the scanner and expected me to do it myself after I expressed to him I did not know what I was doing. Bad customer service. 👎🏾

I had to come here to buy a battery for my vehicle within the last week and the person who was working at the time and waited on me was really kind, helpful, and just had a positive attitude. He helped me pick out the right battery for my needs, installed the new battery and helped find another part I needed (a cap for the power steering fluid compartment) at another local advance auto parts shop.
