My boyfriend and I have been coming here for the last two years and have several problems. We continued to go here because they hired a few new people that have WONDERFUL customer service. However.. Today was the last straw. I have a brand new white shirt that was washed for the first time. There are now heavy grease black spots all over the shirt. This has happened numerous, but thought that it was my own fault.. But now seeing this I know for a fact that all the dots all over my clothes are from the machines there. Not to mention the dryers have sharp edges that have torn apart plenty of items.

They've gone downhill in the last couple years. The last straw for me was when a washer wouldn't fill, and another one wouldn't rinse. When I told the attendant she said: "Oh yeah, that's been doing that the last couple days" I found a nicer cleaner one right down the road. 👍

Clean local laundromat with every size washer and dryer you will ever need. I came in to wash my duvet which is too large for my home washer. The lady who was working was friendly and helpful. She was able to get me change for the quarter machine and also recommend which size washer and dryer to use. Right after I got some quarters I realized that I didn’t even need them because there are credit card readers on every machine here. It only cost me about $10 to wash my duvet compared to spending $40 to send it out to be washed. What a deal! The facility is clean and bright. Tons of machines so you shouldn’t have to wait. There are places to sit, relax and even wash tv. There are also washing supplies and some pop and snack vending machines if you need. The entrance was decorated very nicely for Halloween. If you want to drop your stuff off and have it washed they also offer that service along with dry cleaning and alterations. I will come back here next time I need to wash my duvet. You are required to wear a mask when inside. Everyone was abiding by the rules due to the pandemic.
