This place used to be Senior Meadows Retirement home back in the 70s and 80s. Don’t know how long they were in business but that’s when my Mom worked there as a beautician in the basement. Check for Lorna Doone cookies in the basement…there were always boxes and boxes of them everywhere! LOL.

I lived here for a year and I loved it! You have a good amount of room for one person and I was lucky enough to get one of the bigger units and I loved it. It is quiet, the neighbors are super nice and inviting. Everyone mainly keeps to themselves. I would reccomend for sure that you look at these apartments! You get everything included in the rent, and there are vending machines in the lobby for your late night snacking pleasures!

I've lived here for going on three years. Very nice quiet, secured building. Beautiful view of the lake. Benefits include internet access, cable and utilities. Close to thruway and major routes. Hamburg beach is just a short 2 minute drive. Shopping and groceries 10 minute drive. Manager is available on premises throughout the week. Any issues I've had (only one in 2.5 years) was responded to promptly. Great place to live!
