They Cancelled my LAfitness Membership while My account is still CURRENT with activenFitDirect. Ive already been charged this month and cannot go to my favorite gym because they cancelled my membership without any explanation!

They gave me a fake website that doesn't even exist. There's no place on the website they provide here to see a list of places that take ASH. They aren't real.

On my initial call I was on hold for 54 minutes and was disconnected before I got to speak to anyone. I immediately called again and was on hold for 36 minutes. Once again I was disconnected. I’m done. How can they run a business like this?

Would give zero if I was allowed. Their contracted rates are way higher than having no insurance at all. I'm paying for things I have never had to pay for with any of my other three insurance companies. Its also super suspicious when the provider is telling me that the contracted rate is lower than what the insurance company is telling me it is. They do not work for you. They want your money and that is it.
