Since new management Riverwood has taken over as of November 2021 this place has completely gone down hill very fast. Please don't look at any reviews prior to November 2021 as the previous owners were Woodward Properties. The staff is very unprofessional and never has answers to any of your questions. When calling to place maintenance request your request goes unanswered for weeks and weeks at a time. There's no turn around time given even though on several occasions I have attempted to get those answers. This place is also roach and rodent infested and they refuse to combat the issue aggressively and mandate all units to be treated. They will only treat a unit as requested by the tenant which does not combat the overall issue at large. I have had my apartment bombed and treated on multiple occasions in the past 7 months of living here and it did nothing to eradicate the issue. This has been a major problem since I moved in back in August 2021. I have no children and live alone. I keep my unit very clean and should not have this problem given that I did not bring this pest problem with me. The issue seemed to get much worse since new management took over. I had to personally invest in products to help with the problem. Tenants leave trash all over the fire escape areas and on multiple occasions I have witnessed "so called" security officer in the fire escape smoking while on duty. Security here is an absolute joke!! They are never around when there's an emergency so if you move here you may want to have 911 on speed dial. I will be moving out of this hell hole at the end of my lease in August. Please stay away from this nightmare! They are only concerned with taking your rent. You've been warned!

Elise was very, very nice she should not be an employee at this roach infested please. The plum is horrible, and they do not care about their tenants, just money hungry and do anything. Court yard is nice though

Living here has left me feeling like i get what i pay for, Rent is cheap, but the quality of living is also. If your looking for a place to live for a year or two its not bad, but don't plan longer than that.
