I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time going to this branch I live a few blocks away. Any business I have with citi bank that I have to go in person l’ll drive to any other near branch to get help much faster and what you need always gets done way faster definitely with the 10 min drive to go to any other branch

They deposit my deposit to the wrong account twice and they can't say the difference between the return checks and the checks that has been pick up by ups. Even the manager of the bank wanted to reject them.

Worst Citibank branch I’ve ever experience in the 25 years I've been with them. Branch manager Armita Rohani does not know the first thing about customer service. When I dealt with her last December, she was very rude, unprofessional, unhelpful who yelled out the entire time, refusing to do business with me. She proudly conducted herself with absolute zero manners and class, yet had enough arrogance to call herself a manager in a business that should be catering to their customers. I honestly think she should be immediately fired on how she mistreats people and handles customers service. Now I know why their ratings are beyond repair.
