Do NOT believe any of the pictures on their website! This is a terrible campground! Most spots are filled with permanent trailers, all sitting around a hot, dry, dusty open field. Very little shade, and since most are long-term rentals, there was no fire pit nor picnic table at our site. Staff was very rude, both on the phone and in person. Would have rather stopped at a Walmart parking lot for the night.

This campground seems like it might be good for families with children, as it had a nice sandy beach area. Not that great for us. Even though we were assigned a pull thru, we had to disconnect because we were given the wrong directions. Also, pulled into the "first" campground at office, only to be told that we had to back up, pull around office and go back on the road 1/2 mile to our site. Just dirt outside of our RV - not pleasant. I would say most of the sites do not seem too crowded, which was good. Restrooms need an update, but clean. Showers full of cobwebs. If this had been a $35 or $40 a night campground, I would have given it 3 stars. Definitely not worth $52 a night.

Arrived in 9/8 to find our site had been dug up and a huge piece of equipment parked in my site. I called the office to switch my site to the one next door but they lady in the office said someone is in the site. She was not made aware of what was going to happen at the site we were to occupy and was not apologetic at all. Someone from the maintenance dept came to level the dirt. I received no discount for the inconvenience or call from the manager. They started the digging at 12 pm and we arrived at 1:50 pm. That night it started to rain and all the next day. A neighbor across the street was nice enough to give us a pallet to step on so we wouldn't track in the mud. I have stayed here for years when I come to visit my family and friend. I will think twice before I stay here in the future.

Very nice campground. Just a few minor things I will share: - basketball court is in needed repair and it seems like the kids use it a lot. - our picnic table had a big whole in the middle of it. Staff should have had it switched out prior to our arrival. - bathrooms were really clean but 2 of the 3 showers in the men’s room needed repair. One was leaking from the bottom and the other had a cracked floor but the third was fine. - biggest concern happened when leaving. We were camping in c circle and when making the turn to go out and hit the gate button it did not leave me room to clear the button. Needed help from a fellow camper. Suggest that a sign be put up make wide turn to exit and also the delay on the gate should be longer as I did not move quick enough and the bar came down on the front of my truck. Another suggestion would be to take out some of the fence on the right and but in a bigger gate pole. - staff were awesome very friendly. Will definitely go back but will be sure to make a much wider turn when departing.

Yes, but it's only during the regular camp season. You have to call way ahead of the busy season to reserve a spot.
Yes
I think the campground opens April 13th this year
No
which network?
No longer year round camping at Holiday Acres
Call ahead to check. They have different prices for tent sites, RV's, as well as seasonal and they now have nice cabins with amenities and bathrooms with running water, toilets and showers. Nice time for family.
