Kohl's is a great place to shop. I needed a purse but I was in a hurry. If you've ever had to buy a pocketbook, you know there are many selections and it's difficult to find the right one for you. Needless to say. Kohl's had many selections but the best part was, they were in varying sizes and I found the perfect one in a matter of a minutes. Picked up one or two other things on my way to the checkout. They have a great inventory and everything is of good quality. The sales people are very helpful and cheery. I like that. It makes me feel like a valued customer. Their mark downs and discounts are all fabulous, too. I often wonder how I save so much for how much I purchase there. I'll always shop at Kohl's. It's a great experience and this is from someone who doesn't like to shop!

I visited this store yesterday and was getting some things with my daughter. When we were ready to checkout, we were standing there for about 10 minutes, looking for a cashier. I finally approach a person with black checkered pants and asked if there was a cashier, since she was standing at a register and glanced at us when we came up. She said, "yeah, I'm about to get there". Then, she proceeded to still ignore us, and checked out a woman who walked over from the returns line, instead of telling her that we were there before her. I was finally called over by another cashier who was very nice. The cashier who ignored us should be re-trained in customer service, because she was very rude. I have never been treated like that at Kohl's, but I'm there often and have noticed the service is getting to be poor.

The Internet seems to have many variations as to how long expired Kohl’s cash is valid, but thankful the nice lady at customer service allowed me to use $30 about 5 to 7 days after it expired

New Year's Day was a perfect day to shop! Everything was neat and tidy due to the hard work of the associates. It was a perfect time to freshen up for the new year with brand new bathroom towels, a shower curtain, rugs and accessories. The only drawback is the fact that you can't use the price checker kiosks anymore. :-( so now I have to walk around to find somebody to check prices. I do not use nor do I wish to have the app on my phone. If I want to do online shopping I would do it at home on my laptop. Hopefully they'll have the kiosks operating again soon! I got great savings today plus $20 in Kohl's cash! Looking forward to my next mystery discount and to adding on to the New Year purchases.
