Won't deliver to a new customer in an emergency. Don't have any service at the house yet. New born child ,completely out of oil. Definitely will not call them to set up a service.

The sales associate scam you into purchasing a “ceiling plan” that cost 300$ to cancel. They do not send you any type of brochure or paperwork to review prices. I had to sign up quick because I had a newly purchased house with no oil in the winter. I had a service tech come out to give estimate on air condition. The tech didn’t speak to us and gave us a 11,000$ estimate. I had a few other companies out and they all said my oil heater was not compatible with air conditioning. Other companies gave significantly lower estimate that included a new heater, brand new duct, and air conditioning. Good riddance

This company truly considers you as family in the real sense. When I was scheduled for an appointment on my heater, they called to re-schedule me. I told them I had difficulties adjusting to their needs: I am family treat me as family, and they did. I was not rescheduled I was number one, not number 2!!! I love this company.🥰
