My key has broke 4 times in the past few months and every time I have to go to the office and argue for at least 20 minutes just so I can get a new key fob. Management is useless, avoid living in acc housing at all costs, just go off campus

There's three things I love most in the world, Jesus, family and water. At Summit University City you do not get the last. I thought this was a fine place to spend my time in the big city, after all I am just a country girl, but I was certainly wrong. You see we had just fine water pressure for the longest of times but all of a sudden the big businesses decided to step in and make our lives a little bit harder. They slashed our water pressure so bad that I don't even see the purpose of showering in my apartment anymore. I think it would be more effective if I just took a spray bottle and spritzed myself for 20 minutes instead. I pray to the Lord to seek answers as to why this conundrum has occurred. The lord gave me light and showed me that it wasn't to equalize water pressure, but it was to allow the big company of American Campus to save money and hurt the lives of hundreds of residents. My mama taught me two things growing up, love thyself and love thy neighbor. And unfortunately Summit most certainly does not love that neighbor. Shame on you and may the Lord punish you for your sins. Amen.

Some good amenities. The one plus was the washer and dryer in the unit. No stove. Expensive. Space was small for what I paid and almost every light went out. Maintenance is intrusive and slow to respond when you actually need them. Sometimes it took me several days to get a package through their mail system, one time they left a perishable item out for days and never notified me it was there. The staff would roll their eyes at me when i asked to sign someone in through their ridiculous system. I also experienced something quite gruesome in this building that made me leave as soon as I could and really made me question if living there and going to drexel was the right choice. It wasn’t.

The move in process was a breeze. Friendly staff. Has great amenities on site, Including Starbucks, urban eatery etc. After moving in my daughter had a serious roommate problem, management was not helpful in resolving the issue or finding another apartment for my daughter to move into leaving her essentially homeless and couch surfing for 3 months of her one year lease.

Unfortunately not :/ but they do give you water! Lots of it! More than you’ll ever need in your entire lifetime! It’s all cold water though.
There are a few Walgreens in Center City, the nearest of them would be on JFK Blvd between 16th and 17th St
Anyone has access to it, including students. There is a flat rate of $12 a day and $7 for a night. The parking is rather limited, but you can usually find a spot. The nice thing is that if you park there for numerous days, you only pay the day fee for that number of days, for example for four days you would pay $48 as opposed to $76.
