This was a really nice place to live. Im a full time student and lived here the past 3 years. In all honesty I don't think Iv'e had a single issue living here. Maintenance is professional and responsive. I've had issues addressed the very next day without any problems or pushback from management. Of course everyone's individual experience will differ depending on neighbors and your exact unit, but I found I had a really quiet, peaceful place to study for the past 3 years without any headaches at all. I would recommend this place for sure.

EDIT: This place has greatly increased their rent over the last two years and don't really compete with other places. I'd now recommend finding another place to be since you can find nicer places for the same cost. This place ain't the Ritz, but it's not trying to be. It's the most fair price for the area considering the quality of the apartments. I have an older unit, and honestly it feels a bit beat (the newer renovations look really nice though), but I haven't left yet because... What really sells the place is the staff. The staff at the front office are some of the nicest, most patient property managers I've ever met. They are always friendly when you see them, and every issue I've ever expressed to them they took seriously and handled with care. The maintenance workers are really quick to respond to issues as well and are very professional in what they do. Some of these reviews are nuts. Not enough sunlight? Someone breaking into neighbors apartment? What the hell. Maybe take a tour before signing the lease? Maybe call the dedicated security guard they have at night? I can pretty much guarantee anyone who's ever been in a dump apartment and/or had horrible property managers can tell you that this place is probably the best price/value living spaces you can get in the area. I looked for 6 months for a better place that was this close to my job, and couldn't find one that wasn't $300+ more per month. Just be honest and nice to the staff and you can expect more than that in return. Thank you LG team for helping me get through these years.

I have lived here for 9 months with my boyfriend and we really like it! The management and people who work at Lincoln and Green are very nice! Shelley who works in the office is my favorite because she takes so much pride in making sure your maintenance request get taken care of right away. We live in a newly renovated apartment and it’s very cute and cozy while still being affordable! I highly suggest living here. My experience has been nothing but positive!

I would like to share my living experience at Lincoln Green. I love Lincoln green apartments style: Small buildings of three layers, open style, more closer to nature than living in a large enclosed building. Also, I love the surrounding environment. very convenient, shopping, banking, clinic, bus, and the opposite large beautiful parking lot, there is a 250 years old tree. I always have a weekend walking there, peace and quiet. The price is reasonable and not high. Especially all staff is very nice and friendly. The management has high professional levels. I can see they enjoy their work and always try to help you. I got every help I needed, sometimes even exceed my expectation. I have been lived here for 3 years. I really appreciate Lincoln Green's staff and management's help and thoughtfulness!
