Hello, All do not rent from this apartment. They will just walk in your apartment even if you do not answer. Even if you are not home. They don't care!!! They will make an excuse saying they emailed you but no. They emailed me weeks ago, told me the date they would come and came 3 weeks later. Dont rent from this place. If I could give 0 stars I would!!

You guys need to do better. My mother has had multiple complaints about this place!! She is a Psychiatric Nurse since 1987 and has been taking care of people my entire life. The disregard for our working class professionals I am finding very disturbing. Why is there never a Manager you can speak with? Who actually runs the building? Where is a DIRECT line to Management where someone other than the front desk answers? Why are you moving anyone in a place that’s geared towards students and working individuals? Why should common areas be subpar? Why should the staff of the local hospitals feel unsafe? Your Security doesn’t even make rounds on the property. Check floors and stairwells. What are you guys waiting for someone to get seriously hurt or killed?

Lived here for a year. All inclusive price and shuttle to Temple were big pluses. Common areas were well maintained. Management were easy to deal with at the beginning and end of my lease

Please whatever you do avoid renting any apartment units from this building. I'm a Temple university student and I agree the apartments here are gorgeous however they will do their best to rip you off every chance you get. I was promised a $790 a month lease and once I paid my deposit they raised my lease immediately stating the lease is actually higher. Any attempts to reach them via phone will lead to them blaming you and finding this be your fault. Avoid them at all costs unless you want to be ripped off.
