Do whatever you can to park on the upper floors. Attendants shout at you to leave your keys with them but if you go to the upper floors you can park on your own and there are signs not to block anyone. They ask what time you plan to leave and then they shout it’s early and to leave them the key. No thanks.

I parked here overnight March 5-6, 2022 and was required to leave my keys. When picking up my vehicle on March 6th I was shocked to find personal items in the passenger seat including scented body lotion, Costco membership cards and a personal credit card for some unknown individual. Do not leave your keys with these people, who knows what they are doing with your vehicle while it's there.

Make sure you take pictures of your car exterior and interior before you leave. When we returned to pick up our car, the inside showed clear signs of being rifled through and some spare change was missing. Thankfully we had enough sense to not leave anything valuable. We also had to park on the top floor and the elevator was broken when we arrived on Wednesday night and was still not fixed by Monday morning when we left. This isn’t just an inconvenience issue (we had luggage), but also an accessibility one. You’d think with how much they charge, they could afford to have it fixed right away but what do I know? There also weren’t attendants at every floor booth, so after waking six flights of stairs, my fiancé then had to go back down to find someone to move the car blocking ours. If you have no other option for short-term parking, just proceed with caution.

The sign says max daily rate $24. We arrived at 5pm and got charged $25. I questioned the sign but the attendant was prepared to justify the price. I really didn't want to argue over $1 so we just stayed and parked because we were already running late for a reservation. $25 for parking 2 hours, RIP off? You bet. This is why we don't like driving into the city. The traffic is horrible and the parking isn't any better. Can the city of Philadelphia please employ some urban planners to fix the simple logistical problems?!!
