Bought a leather sectional at the Cherry Hill store. Was told the chaise was electric and adjustable. After everything was set up and never tested by the delivery people, we found out it was not. We called them to tell them and they said they would send out a tech to check it out the next day(Saturday). T They said they could not give us a time. We waiting all day and no call. Come Monday we called the salesperson and left a message to call us back about this. Never received call back. We called again the next Monday(3/14). The salesperson finally called us back and said he did not get the message/missed the email telling him to call us back. The salesperson said it was his mistake that the unit did not come with power adjustments. Told us him and the store manager realized the display was moved and that the issue was because model was not what they thought it was. Asked us what it would take to make us happy. We asked them what they were offering. 3 days later no reply or call back. Not sure who they have to discuss this with, but three days to hear back from them is a little much. Next step is to contact the district/regional manager to get this resolved.

Our salesperson was very helpful in helping us to find a sofa for our new apartment. We set up a delivery for the first week of January, but she called later that same day To say it could be delivered in 2 days. That was great. The delivery men were right on time and were in and out in no time. Great job by all the people we met at you Cherry Hill store. Thanks!!
