This is the New Mercedes Benz. Try to call them to find mu selling person, he didn’t answer asked to call me back so many times even call him his phone number and text him NO ANSWER. Next try to speak with supervisor he sad we can’t do nothing cuz your car in different dealership place. Be honest he was rude in that moment. When first day to come purchase car every personal was ok polite, after this situation no one want’s to speak with me. Seller person RON DEPIETRO. The supervisor name is Mike , no one call me back. Also accounting person is crazy ,his rude and he won’t you explain anything even he charge you extra. Be shore you all I will tell everyone how you guys working. I’m still with out my car and still waiting to fixed . After Planning to restore my contract with you and find out different brand car if it costs me mor.

Communication is terrible. My vehicle was towed there on Friday after calling Mercedes roadside assistance and they have yet to call me with the status. No communication on their end whatsoever. I’ve been calling their phone to find out any info and they keep giving me the runaround, the people who do answer are rude and very dismissive. One even said we probably won’t look at your car til Monday because we only do light work on the weekends. Then when I ask about a loaner, oh she’s not in til Monday. Then have the nerve to quote me a diagnostic price like it would be an issue. Still no call back regarding my vehicle. Car has been at the dealer for 4 days. No loaner given. A mess. I never experience this in FORT WASHINGTON. Completely unacceptable!

I recently asked MB to investigate an “ESP error message” on my car and repair the trunk which was not retracting completely. My service advisor, Ted, discovered the problem which had persisted for a year. He was meticulous in his examination of my very old (2005) MB convertible. He secured the necessary parts in a timely manner and oversaw the repair. I appreciate the service he provided to keep me safe :)
