Visited this place to celebrate a birthday and the experience left a bitter taste in our mouths. When we got the bill we noticed a 'scan to pay' feature so we scanned to our phone and paid. On leaving I was aggressively accosted by our server who demanded 'you gotta pay' , and 'you need to leave a card or something' all in full view of everyone. The server did not ask if we already paid, or even check to see if this could be a misunderstanding. It was so embarrassing. We were shocked. And there was no apology when I explained that we used the scan to pay feature. Why offer a feature if none of your staff knows about it? Or at least teach then how to clarify if the person sauntering out has paid vs is trying to run without paying. We won't return of course.

We were a party of 9. We called to check the wait time before heading to the restaurant. We were told there was a 45 minute wait. We asked to hold a table and arrived about 10 minutes before the 45 minutes was up. Maybe it was the fact that we were 4 adults and 5 children, but we were refused seating for the first 20 minutes. They kept saying they didn't have enough staff to handle our party. All the while seating other parties of 2-6 people. After 20 minutes, they said the wait was now 45 minutes to an hour. I then pretended to go live on Social media, exposing the manager and hostess. Surprisingly, 2 minutes later, they came up behind me and said they'd have a table for us in 10 minutes. As we waited 10 minutes out, 2 couples leaving the restaurant stopped and mentioned that they noticed the "mistreatment" we had received. We were seated and tried to enjoy our meals aside from the poor welcome and near denial of service. I would NOT recommend this restaurant for professional service, however, the food was decent. Plates were rather plain....

Excellent, great value and wonderful service. Stopped in for lunch by my lonesome and was happy I did. I started with a very generous portion of loaded potato soup, really good. They also brought out a loaf of bread with butter, was a huge portion, served warm and really very good. I got the Maverick Ribeye Sandwich which was served on toasted bread with swiss cheese and onions. It was really excellent!! The french fries were super tasty with just the right amount of seasoning. The interior of the restaurant was really big and they also had a smallish bar. I know the restaurant is part of a chain but I was pleasantly surprised! Definitely will be back, this time with a date!

I have always found it best to CALL the restaurant directly when I have a special dietary request/question. As opposed to asking randomly on Google.
We didn't make reservations but we did have to wait 45 minutes for a table.
Open around 11am with lunch menu according to website.
No u are able to walk in still but its been limited to 100 ppl within rhe restraunt at one time
