I would give a ZERO if that was an option. A relative took a machine I loaned them in to be cleaned and oiled. Specifically told them to NOT to unthread it and to rethread it IF they had to remove the threads. Welll their technician UNTHREADED IT and did not rethread it. PLUS, he did not even service it! No oil, nothing then he tried to tell my family member that the machine was not worth servicing and tried to get them to buy a new one. I took it to my guy in another state, who serviced, made a few adjustments and it is working fine now. I am really not happy about having to make a 30 hour drive to get the machine serviced by a technician who knows what the bleep they are doing

I could not get the feed gods on my Viking sewing machine to come up. Of course, I could not sew! I took it to Cynthia's for repair. The lady carried it in from the car for me and took a look. She turned the wheel and voila! The feed dogs were up! No charge! No high pressure to have it serviced! No high pressure to buy a new machine! I was more than a little impressed!
