I was looking forward to using this location for my car service. The person answering the phone seemed to be busy as I had to repeat everything at least twice. My appointment for 10:00 was scheduled and I arrived 5 minutes ahead of time. At 10:46, I decided to leave because my car still had not been moved into the alignment bay. A customer in the waiting room was waiting to get an oil change and her appointment was at 9:00. Very poor customers service.

They will charge you over $100 to diagnose your car, just to tell you they are unable to fix it and bring it to the dealer. Huh? Seems scammy. If you can't fix it why are you charging me for it? Also will try to upsell sell you for items you don't need. If you do not know much about cars I would recommend not going here. They will take advantage of you.

Good customer service, bad workmanship. A week ago, brought in a wheel by itself to get a new tire mounted. They did the job (2stars). They scratched the hell out of my wheel and did not balance it correctly. Steering wheel now shakes at highways speeds because of this. It’s ok I mounted this wheel in the rear to help this issue. Also a while ago they messed up install a brake rotor. Did not line up the rotor on the hub and still installed rotor screws even tho it was sitting at an angle. So my brake rubbed terribly because the rotor was on crooked. Again I fixed this issue myself. It seems they’re another business struggling with hiring skilled/experienced employees.

I made a 10:00am appt for a tire repair. They started on the repair with 30min which I thought was good because the were pretty busy. The tech didn't try to sell me a new tire which I thought would happen. The repair was done at 11:30am and the tech showed me a long bolt that he took out of the tire. They said I needed my air filter and cabin filter replaced which both were replaced at an oil change 2 weeks ago. I believe that they were just following the manufacturer recommended replacement time. I was very happy with the service and will definitely come back for any future tire services.
