We use the same or similar software for estimating as insurance companies, so if we're present when your insurance adjuster inspects the property, we can often streamline the insurance claim approval process. --- Also note - if any time of emergency mitigation like water extraction is necessary, any delay on your part to seek service may constitute neglect and may limit the scope of your insurance claim.
