Please please make this right. Terrible experience twice!! Building is locked, luckily students let me in. We waited 40 mins + for cookies that we ordered online and there is only one worker here to do the baking and counter.

Poor customer service. I placed my order, arrived at the location and waited. No one greeted me, asked about my order, etc. after 20 mins I inquired about my order since the employees didn’t care to ask. They responded “ we don’t see it”. I don’t expect a red carpet when I’m picking up something simple as cookies, but a little customer service would be nice. This is a business.

I have had issues with my delivery order with uber and have been refunded. I had the same issue again and I called to make the bakery aware that this wasn't a uber issue but an internal problem that has happened several times. They listened and corrected the problem more than enough. The problem should not of happened but it was corrected 3× fold. That is good customer service. I don't remember the guys name who resolved the issue but thank you. That is how a business handles its customers and is much appreciated.
