I'm hard to please in the customer service department and it's not often that I am moved to go online to write a review about any business. The staff at Trek Charles Village are kind, knowledgable, and helpful. My only complaint, and I would hardly call this a complaint, is that I wish they were open more hours. I have had my bike serviced there as well as my daughters and each time the work was completed quickly and my bike was back on the streets in better shape than when it was dropped off. And if you've got to hang around for a quick fix, they also give you free seltzer water while you wait. It's always a pleasure to work with them.

Race pace charges 100 an hour labor, but generally don't do gas bikes due to the complexity. 80cc isn't street legal without a motorcycle license, and you can't register or insure it despite having the need to because a bicycle doesn't have a vin.

Hello Shawn, It looks like Rad Power Cycles are only sold direct, so you won't find them in conventional bike shops. It looks like their only stores are located in Seattle; otherwise, they can only be purchased online. We do carry a wide selection of electric bikes, but not from this brand. Please come by the shop sometime to test ride a few! Also, if you end up ordering a Rad Power Cycle brand electric bike, we do offer assembly services. Thanks, Kevin
