Living here for 5 years. Maintenance and Leasing office were on point when getting job done. Terry ( maintence) can be high strong when answering the phone but she gets the job done. I would email the office of any problems before I go to work by the time I get home it will be done. no problems with neighbors they always looked out for each other. Close to the stores and restaurants.. Its a Great place to live. The staff were very nice. The corporate office on Baltimore National pike were very nice..

This is the nicest apartment complex in Catonsville. The property managers are kind and caring, the maintenance workers are efficient and knowledgeable. My neighbors are nice, and everyone is respectful of noise levels. A quiet hidden gem!

This apartment has a great location! But be aware of two major problems: 1. The maintenance service is the WORST I have ever experienced in my life. a. My kitchen light won't light up when I really need it which is also the time when most people are using electricity, but it worked well during daytime. So I figured it must be a voltage problem. I called them and told the lady the situation. The next day when I got home, I got a note saying that they checked the light and it worked well. I called again, and the same story happened. After my FIFTH call, they finally came in and replaced the light. b. My washer started having problem a month ago. It's not completely broken down but stopped somewhere randomly. I called and got the same experience like the kitchen light, having a note saying it worked fine. After THREE calls, they finally said they'd figured out the problem and they need to replace a part and before the part arrives I have to wait. So I waited for 10 days in this hot summer. Finally, they came in this afternoon and replaced the part and left a note saying it works again. It turned out the washer DID NOT make a single move except letting the water in and out. Now I have to figure out how to deal with all those wet clothes... c. This is minor comparing to a and b. The lady picking up the maintenance call has quite a temper. She sounds like a tenant with a washer broken for ten days and you are the guy who broke it! 2. I have lost two USPS packages. In my personal experience, the USPS packages always go directly to the lease office. The tracking showed both packages were delivered but I didn't got them. The lady in lease office insist they never saw my packages and I should contact the postman. Anyway, I never found out what happened to my packages. After this lease is over, I will move out ASAP for sure.
