When i emptied my unit i noticed that rats had eaten away part of my couch and urinated all over my stuff. I informed the office personnel and she was really rude about the whole situation. She stated 'well you should've had insurance". There is a storage facility right next door and i really wish i would've went there instead. This is worst experience I've ever had from a company. NOT WORTH MONEY SAVED!!!

This place did not care that my boyfriend’s storage was infested by rats. When we brought it to their attention we were told you should’ve had insurance. Would not recommend.
