Bought a 3/8” torque wrench to properly torque some spark plugs. The wrench was defective causing the first spark plug to strip so I didn’t even attempt it on the rest. I tested it against a 1/2” one that I already own and it was off by almost 40 foot pounds. I attempted to return it the next day with a receipt and was told that I couldn’t get my money because it had been opened. How would you know that it’s defective without opening it? I suggested store credit because I was buying stuff for an oil change anyway and was also told no but they would replace the wrench with another one. It’s obviously not a decent product so why would I want another one? Not only was the manager rude and condescending but he kept blinking weird at me! Will never be back

Will never come here again…. The manager on duty was ignorant…. I bought some snap ring pliers that was marked $15.99 and rang up a totally different brand and product with a price of $19.99 and he was like well that’s the part # and walked away…..

Warren was very professional and helpful with helping me test to see if I needed a new battery. When it came back that I did need a new battery he helped me find which option would be best for my car and my budget. It was a very easy and great experience.
