It was the only place that had what I was looking for but in a very very small selection and a very very expensive price. I will say when you hit their sale and get a 30% off you save quite a bit of money and if you have Kohl's cash that's also excellent. But you are locked into the item as returning messes up the Kohls cash.

Horrible customer service. Placed an online order, recieved the WRONG ITEMS, drove 30 minutes to the store to see if they could help. Sales person ended up confiscating items and told me I’d have to call the online kohls store about my order. When I told her I’d like to keep the items and the receipt for proof that I received the wrong order she told me they were not my items to keep and that she was not giving them back. I spent another hour trying to explain to kohls.com representative what happened. She said the sales person never should have kept the items and now they have to do an investigation in order for me to get my money back.
