This is the first time I've ever had a bad experience at Popeyes. I ordered three 3 piece meals through the app. My order was for a spicy 3 piece. I got mild. I don't like mild. That's the reason I go to Popeyes, for the heat. We asked the manager to correct the mistake. Somehow I still got mild. My 2 friends were not happy with their meals either. Rather than ask them to correct it for a 3rd time, we drove off. There was miscommunication somewhere along the line. Normally, I love Popeyes, but not this day.

Ordered 5 piece chicken tenders, while they put more then 5 in box, what we mostly got was breaded chuncks. Male manager taking order was very impatient while we were ordering. It was warmer in dining room then it was outside. Normally love Popeyes, this location was a BIG disappointment.

I went to this Popeyes today and was looking forward to the $5 shrimp box that I had on my app. The whole time I was driving there I kept trying to pay but the app wouldn't let me pay. I entered the restaurant and attempted to have them place the order for me but they said it was only an app offer and I showed him where I was trying to pay on my app but it wouldn't let me. The girls behind the counter had no idea how to enter the order so I said don't you have an override you can do and just do $5 for the Shrimp Box? Their answer was I don't know how. So I asked for the manager and the manager came to me and I showed him the same thing. He said he couldn't help me he couldn't do an override I asked for his boss's number or the corporate number and he said I don't know it. I said are you sure you want to do this and he said I can't do anything. The unfortunate part was everybody there was Hispanic and none of them had a command of the English language. I may never go there again. UPDATE: The shrimp, I paid full price for, were cold.

the food is so good! I recommend mild if you don't like spicy but it's not seasoned much so get sauce, I recommend spicy though if you like seasoned stuff
