Emily at Movers Best coordinated my move and she was so professional and responsive. Andrew and Leo did my move and they were likewise very professional, careful and worked quickly. They were also super nice. I hired Movers Best to move several boxes and items from my garage to an empty storage unit where Andrew and Leo thoughtfully and carefully placed the boxes and items in easy to access ways. Easiest transaction ever! We had to move about 30 items (22 boxes, some of which were very heavy) from our house/garage to a warehouse. Hired another company that was cheaper and didn't work out last minute so I contacted Movers Best after 5pm to confirm a next day move and between Chris and Will I received the most prompt quote via Yelp. They were also able to confirm an arrival time between 12-1pm the following day. Gerardo and Rafael showed up promptly at 12 noon (called beforehand) and started loading everything quickly and efficiently. They also helped taped a box that wasn't sealed. All 30 items took about 20 minutes only! Very professional, courteous and wore masks! Thank you!

Hi Noah, At Movers Best, we keep our pricing as transparent and simple as possible. 1. We charge hourly for local moves and prorate the time in 15-minute increments. 2. Double Drive Time fee. As a licensed and insured moving company, we double the total driving time if it takes more than 15 minutes. For example, if it takes 25 minutes to drive from the pickup point to the drop-off point, we will add another 25 minutes to the total hours in the end. Please note that we do not charge anything for driving from our parking lot to your location. 3. Fee for extra-heavy items. If you need to move a piano or safe, there is a one-time fee of $100. If you want our guys to move any items heavier than 250 pounds up or down the stairs, we will charge $100 per item. Washers, dryers, and refrigerators usually do not exceed 250 pounds.
