I almost always love Popeyes chicken. First time at this Popeyes. Got an 8 pc mild, with red beans and rice. When I drove up I was shocked that I had no wait. Paid good money for old and cold chicken. The wings were like jerky. Must have been out of legs. Got 4 thighs. Biscuits old and cold. I just struck out because I couldn’t even stomach the red beans and rice. Probably a good reason for no waiting. Won’t go back there

This location is awful. The staff are usually busy doing something other than helping customers or prepping food. There have been times that after 10 minutes of standing at the counter waiting for someone I just walked out. Go to Crown Fried Chicken in West Hazleton, so much better.

Terrible experience, the workers had an unprofessional and rude tone starting while we were ordering. I asked for BBQ sauce on the screen it showed honey mustard so I clarified and said could BBQ sauce instead sorry. To which the employee responded “I know what I’m getting you.” I also feel like it’s worth noting they only had diet sodas and no Mac and Cheese(weird). When we received our order after waiting 5-10 minutes at the pick up window it was missing 2 of the large sides which were charged 3 dollars extra for. Also to no surprise there was honey mustard and no BBQ sauce in the bag. The chicken we received was cool like it was sitting out for a while as well. Upon having to go into the store for my missing sides I told the employee I was missing 2 sides my mashed potatoes and my friends fries. She came over with a copy of the receipt and tells me “I know you got the fry because I made it.” COMPLETELY FALSE. They then gave me three small mashed potatoes instead of one large. Overall employees were very unprofessional especially woman working the drive thru with glasses. I will not attending this or any Popeyes’ again because of the sour taste left in my mouth from this experience.

First time at a Popeyes. The wait time was quite long and they forgot our fries 🤦🏼‍♀️. But.. overall the food was good.
