Absolutely AWFUL!!!!! Worked on our brand new vehicle (Just a little over a year old) and there was a new noise when we went to pick it up. They refused to fix it!! They came right out and told us to get a second opinion. After several other opinions, they all said the same thing…Murray should have stood behind it and fixed it. It should’ve never left their lot like that. Very rude customer service, deceptive, lies & just downright horrible! I would NEVER do any type of business with them ever again! This is the 2nd bad experience with them. We overlooked the first one, being an oil change and tire rotation. My husband had the tires marked. They were not rotated. After letting us know they were irritated with our complaint, they did eventually do it for him. I cannot stress enough, BEWARE! We’ve been taken over twice….never again! We wouldn’t trust them now to rectify the situation either, too much bad blood & untrust in them.
