Been going to this McDonald's for a while only because I live very close. This is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I have gotten cold food, wrong food, terrible service, 20+minute wait when it wasn't even that busy, completely ignored when I needed help, when food is right it's haphazardly thrown together to the point of not being a sandwich. Get your s*** together. I have already contacted corporate the last time I had terrible service and this time was even worse. I will continue to complain and leave bad reviews until things change.

I usually stop here in the morning before work. Pretty quick on the drive thru. Food is fresh and hot. I get iced coffee. Wish they had more flavors for that instead of just two.

This McDonalds just tried to charge me full price for Big Mac's which are on the 2 for 6 deal, as they did not know the sale was running, even though there is a huge sign on their window. The manager did not even know. This McDonalds has continually screwed up my orders for decades, so this is nothing related to the pandemic, just bad ownership. I called in to let them know, and the manager did not even apologize. He sounded like he was 17, so probably has no idea how to actually be a manager. Again, not the workers fault, it's all on the ownership of this McDonalds, they just plain do not care at all and never have.

I love the service here, I've never had a major problem with any orders, employees are very kind. My meals are made correctly, and I love the cozy vibe I feel here.
