DO NOT SHOP HERE. They refused to honor their return policy for a purchase that I made for a $100 pet gate that explicitly states on my receipt I am able to exchange my purchase for an in-store credit if it is after 60 days as long as I have my receipt. The employee and manager I spoke to claim that their return policy changed between the time that I made my purchase, and the time that I was attempting to make the exchange, which was only a few months. Additionally, the manager was unwilling to help me out in any way even for a partial exchange. All they did was just regurgitate a scripted line stating that their policy had changed and the system wouldn’t allow her to give me a store credit. This store and Petco will never be getting a cent from me ever again, and I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know never to shop here.

We usually use another well known pet supply store but recently stopped after purchasing feeder fish that killed our piranha. We started going to petco and we have had no issues. Thank you for the courteous service.

Not very organized. Lots of pallets around blocking isles and walk way. The people were very nice n assisted me in getting what I came for. Prices were about average for what I needed.
