Posted about this chain before. Excellent as the norm here. Consistent dishes prepared wonderfully even with changes in kitchen staff. Wilmington location location is well managed. Staff is reasonably maintained. Our server this time was not up to the quality of our last server who was over-the-top at his "profession". This server was ok but lacked any enthusiasm for her job and provided only adequate service. Reception this time was managed by two nieve younger women. A little unqualified in skills to manage their tasks. All in all a very good meal in a nice atmosphere.

This is our "Go To" place when we want really great food. Our server tonight, Jeff, knew what we needed before we asked. My med. rare sirloin on my salad was perfection! And the new hot doughnut bites with dipping sauce for dessert was a winner. Wow!

Great service! Our steaks were excellent and cooked precisely to our liking. Our only suggestion is a little less salt in the seasoning blend. I loved it, but, well... I love salt! That said, it was a bit much for me at times. Nonetheless, I ate every bite 😋

The food here is excellent. I was talking to the bartender and he said that they operate at a 50 percent food cost (most restaurants operate at a 20 percent food cost. That means that the quality of the food is amazing... which it is. Honestly the most cost effective fine dining you will ever stumble across. Definitely my favorite chain restaurant hands down. 100 times better than Outback.

They do not accept reservations. You can call as early as 11:00 AM Sunday and tell them arrival time and you will be seated ahead of all walk ins.
I like the fact the dont take reservations...i choose to eat during off pick hours and this helps with that..but by the off chance that they are customer heavy...Then i just interact with my fellow man woman and child, some call it being neighborly... sadly rare.. nowadays to care about complete strangers
Last I knew, they're like most places. They'll sing and bring you a dessert, but they do add it to your bill
