I paid for my car to be cleaned thoroughly inside and out. The guy who took my money and helped me decide what to get was delightful! I put $10 in the tip box figuring they would be working hard on my car after it came out of the car wash. The guy did spend a lot of time, but there was still an obvious white splash on my black passenger door, the outside of the windows were still filthy. And then the guy who worked on it insolently asked me for a tip. I told him I had put money in the box and he said "We don't get that." So I felt obligated to give him money too. Never again.

First time customer. Not a pleasant experience. The guy was annoyed about explaining what I should get if I wanted an interior scrub. Then proceeded to lecture me about how I should be considerate and not hold up the line by cleaning out my trunk beforehand. I had no idea carwashes are that intolerant of customers taking an extra minute to throw trash away. To top it off, the interior cleaning was abysmal. They never took out the back carpet since it was ‘cleanish’. How absurd!

I paid the 35.00 dollars for the interior. Between the water spots all over, the lack of a vacuum done inside the service is poor. I use this location quite often. The girls don't want to dry the vehicle completely. Don't dry below the waist. I will do itmyself now that the weather broke. Again, poor job this morning! Water spots and a dirty vehicle is what the service I received today!

Paid for the works. However, I should have inspected more thoroughly. The driver’s side interior looked good, but the passenger side was left undone with some minimal vacuuming. Additionally the windows were not thoroughly cleaned. Have heard positive reviews so may try again with more inspection at the end.

I had the same thing happen and when i went back they said they only vacuum if you ask them to, which makes no sense because if you are paying for the vacuum, why should you have to ask them to do it. If you paid for it, you obviously want them to do it.
Yes, and i don't know about the phone issue, but they do a great job so if i were you I'd just drive there.
Yes you will be greeted by a saelsman that will ask your what service you would like.
The pressure washer only has one setting. We intentionally leave it low enough that it will not remove decals on cars. The only way we can remove paint off a car with it would be if someone that didn't know haw to prep a car before painting it, repainted your car. The pressure washer we have could be adjusted all the way to its maximum pressure and it would not remove paint that was properly applied.
