I had the same thing happen and when i went back they said they only vacuum if you ask them to, which makes no sense because if you are paying for the vacuum, why should you have to ask them to do it. If you paid for it, you obviously want them to do it.
Not sure what your question is? I will say this, the place is not that great. The guys on the side of the building facing the Meineke are racist. They figure I do not understand Spanish, because the whole time they are vacuuming they complain outloud and talk about each customer in a very degrading way.
