Wonderful store, a good idea to repurpose a lot of stuff people want to get rid of!

The best spot to donate odds and ends… and see what people make with them. It’s a win-win!!

Always so many interesting things to find here. Very friendly staff. Recommended if you're looking for crafting, books, sewing, or just interested in repurposing things.

The other evening, I was walking with my partner after dinner at a local restaurant, and I saw a business that had their doors wide open--inviting us in. I didn't recognize the business at first. Then I remembered it!!! Previously, I used EBDCR, as a place to take my leftover art and office supplies, and other items that I had laying around that I didn't need anymore. So, if you're looking for something unusual, this is a place to go. You might find what you're looking for, and you might find something that you didn't know you were looking for for--like the red feathered headdress I found there. It was was a little tattered, but it looked pretty cool on my head. I asked how much it was, and it was only $2. So, I got it, and paraded around town with it on my head rhe rest of the evening. When I was a teacher. I was always looking for fun stuff to spice up my classroom. Teacher's and get free stuff here!!! Can you believe it? You will never know what you find there. If you really want it--better get it--because it probably won't be there tomorrow. If you have too much STUFF, and you want to get rid of clutter, this may be a place where you can unload old treasures. Better call before you take your "jewels" there to find out what they need, and when their drop off times are.

They normally do take tiles.

Thanks for asking! We currently allow a maximum of 20 customers in the store at a time per county guidelines of 50% capacity. Masks, social distancing, and hand-sanitizing are required. Hand sanitizer is available at the door. Staff wear gloves and masks and there are plexiglass screens installed at the check-out counter.
We usually do take paper bags! (Unless we happen to be overloaded, but at the moment we'd be happy to have more.)
Yes! We love old film reels. All of our materials are donated.
They accept donations and then sell the products. Since theyvsre a nonprofit, you may ask for a donation receipt for your taxes.
Call east bay depot and ask them as they accept things at different times based on space in store.
