I purchased two bare root trees (1 Fuyu persimmon and 1 Fruit Salad multi-graft tree) in January this year. I planted them the next day, according to the instructions given. By mid-May neither of my trees had produced any leaves (they are planted in two different locations). I contacted Lemuria to let them know what happened. They offered to exchange my Fuyu persimmon and refund the multi-graft, but I had tossed my receipt after hanging on to it for a while. I showed them proof of my purchase on my credit card statement, but they would not honor that. I am disappointed that I spent $160 and have 2 useless trees. It’s very poor customer service to offer me a refund/exchange and then not be willing to honor it when I have proof of purchase. I am very dissatisfied and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Wide variety of plants available. Staff are friendly, they give you space to browse but helpful too. I do wish the plants had better cards detailing how much sun, water, etc each needs.

Great selection and very decent price for plants. Do call ahead to see what you want is available. Great place to buy trees for cheap. They accept credit cards.

Family run business that reminds you of how nurseries used to be. Knowledgeable on all aspects of plants and plant care. Told 3rd, 4th and 5th generation work at business. Locally "grown on-site" plants plus plants that "grow in area." HUGE selection, most of which you've never seen or heard of, unless you've done research on the Internet or spent time in "Grandma's garden" as a child. No box store atmosphere. You are literally outside as if you were at a botanical garden or in a park. A true experience in plant shopping.
