Everyone there is great, but I know for a fact that so much of my experience and confidence comes down to their service technician, Cal. His customer service is the best I have ever encountered at a mechanic. For one, he actually knows his stuff and is able to communicate it. He has been able to track with the history of my car, he and the other technicians are able to the root of any issue, and he treats me the way he would want to be treated. I never have to worry about his work or his estimate. I highly recommend Jeremy Franklin Mitsubishi - and am especially thankful for CAL for the work he has overseen and his excellent customer service!
