When I first opened my account here, I was paying $34. Over the course of about 3-4 years, they’d upped it to $57. Not particularly complaining about the price, though the $27 increase over the years IS at a little ridiculous when you go to get on your app and suddenly your account doesn’t exist anymore. All of login credentials, wrong. My email, doesn’t exist. Phone number, doesn’t exist. I found my original paper that I received when first opened my unit, tracked down my account number through last months “thank you for your payment” email (on June 5th) and decide to “create” a new account. Maybe some updates happened, who knows, I gave it the benefit of the doubt for a moment. Until I realized that no, they canceled my unit, no communication whatsoever, my stuffs still in there (nothing in there would have caused it to be canceled if searched for any reason). Regardless of anything, I should have been called, emailed or notified somehow, someway. This place is completely not worth the money for all of the complications I’ve dealt with and now THIS. What the heck.

It's not $40 by any means. More like $65 a month. And that doesn't include insurance ($15) on the unit. With insurance on the unit, your looking at $80 a month for a 5×10.
It's always best to call FIRST. Its o k askn me. Mind you . I had HELPED a homeless man that MOMENT. I go alot of places. Thank you. I more so feel you make it your bidness to follow my PHONE. They are having a move in special so you pay a lot less for the first few mos but then it goes up every yr. Instead of giving you a benefit for being a long-term renter, you get annual bumps. For example, I have a 10x20 unit and it's only about $100 per mo when you're new, but I've been there sev yrs so now I'm up to $202 per mo. The mgr is very nice, so that makes the gouging a little less painful. If you only need it for a yr or less, you will find the prices very reasonable. As for the exact prices... They change so often that the best thing to do is just call and ask. The corp office sets the prices, not the prop mgr. Sev factors such as season, how long you plan to stay (it could be cheaper if they think you're planning to rent for 3 months or more), what move-in specials they're having (usually "$1 for the 1st mo")& how many units of ea sz are currently avail. If it's the last 10x15 avail it will have fewer incentives than if there's 12 empty 10x15s. Hope this helps.
According to a Miss Vicky at PS, the dates vary somewhat... they hold storage auctions once per month on a day during the last week of the month... Check website or call for exact date & time each month.
