Location is a bit out of the way, but I like the self service options.. no directions as to how to get out of the place, luckily I walked down to the office area and squeezed my way through the gate and found the other side.. for the amount of money they expect from individuals they could put up some signs?! AND I saw a freakin bug scampering around the floor today. I don't have bugs, and I better not have any when I take my stuff out!

So....we were behind on our unit payments and our unit was scheduled for auction. 2 weeks before the auction date the unit was paid in full and we were giving access to the facility again. When we pulled up to the unit we realized our lock was gone and replaced by red overlock. We had a code for the overlock but it did not work and I called customer service and they gave me the right code.upon entering the unit we realized we were missing a large bag of tools and a guitar that belonged to my father who passed away last year. I know that it had to be a red dot employee who took the items becouse it was their lock on my unit. I called customer service and they would not let me speak to a supervisor and refuse to replace my expensive lock that was on my unit. If you value your stuff do not use this company. They are thieves and liars. And your stuff is not safe here EVER.

Tried to get in and get stuff needed out of my storage unit around 7:15 one evening I entered my pin and it said access not available( might not be exact wording but nonetheless I could not get in) and then was there at keypad before 7 waiting and got right in at 7am when I entered pin. I thought it was a 24 hr access storage as I had seen it on the site and have had some others say it was as well. Maybe for some people it is but I'm not one of them.,,,,
They have a new payment system they are having some issues with it. I had to call to pay my bill this month.
