A big shout out to the Shift lead on June 6th, around 5:45pm. I didn’t catch his name. I found out my vacuum had a broken bin latch, it kept popping down and had to be reset every time I pushed the button. I eventually moved my car to finish up. Before I left I let an attendant know about the problem so they could prevent other customers the same frustration. He proceeded to arugue with me that the vacuum worked fine, there was no problem, and it wasn’t his job to fix the latch. I politely suggested he could notify his manager so it could get fixed or put a cone out until a temp solution could be implemented (a zip tie would do just fine). He told me again that it wasn’t his job. About that time when I was becoming a bit frustrated with the gaslighting routine the lead walked up and asked what was wrong, he noted the problem, said he understood the frustration, and would try to fix it and shut it down until he could get it working! Perfect way to show care for your customers, and it only took 30 seconds to reach resolution.I was happy enough with just that, but by the time I was pulling out I noticed he was working to get it rigged up. When I went through the MCDs line to grab a drink I happened to see him out there sweeping up the mess from the lid popping open. Kudos for the customer empathy and self motivation he displayed! 4 Stars because this isn’t the first time I’ve had multiple problems with the vacuums, which has been a drastic change since the buy out. Otherwise, besides missing the free air fresheners, we are very happy with our memberships.

According to the facebook page it is 1200-700. I would suggest getting a membership. It is truly a great deal.
Yes you can, but you need to purchase in the middle of the month. Your subscription renews automatically the date you sign up.
It's worth the cost for unlimited washes. 2 washes a month costs the same as monthly charges.
Yes! They have gift cards, and punch passes available.
