Worst experience I have had in quite some time. Went into restaurant to order two breakfast meals. I waited for over 30 minutes for my food. People there had been waiting longer than I did. When my ticket number disappeared from the screen, I expected to be given my food. Nope. Had to go up to counter and ask where my food was. Worker took my receipt and went to fill my order. If I hadn't said anything, I wonder if I would have even gotten my food. People were asking for their money back, etc. A d it wasn't that there weren't enough people working in the place. They had 5 people handling drive through but no one taking care of the dine in/carryout orders. I could go on and on.

Last time I came, I ate inside, and waited over 15 minutes before going up to the counter to check if it would be ready soon. They expressed that it wasn't even on the screen anymore. They were apologetic and fixed it up for me but I know I wasn't the only one waiting because of the crowded lobby with grumpy people in it. I just went through the drive through and was not impressed. The girl working back cash didn't say a word to me or offer me a receipt. I recieved burgers with no pickle instead of extra pickle. This is also the second time that I've pulled into one or the other drive through lane and they either didn't have their headsets set up correctly or were too overwhelmed inside and ignoring the drive through.its fine if you need a minute but don't leave me hanging out there. Food tasted good, fries were hot. Didn't take forever to get my food.

It’s not even the fact that I have to wait in line for, I am not exaggerating, 15mins before ordering my food because look at the times we are in when it comes to keeping staff. It’s the fact that my order is always wrong. ALWAYS. I don’t go to McDonald’s often, probably every 3-4months and I have gotten in the habit of just sitting at the window, checking my food after I get my order because I know it’s going to be wrong and will have to give it back to be corrected.

This is the worst McDonald's ever my husband went to get breakfast this morning order the oatmeal mcgriddle and hash Brown the oatmeal did not have apples or raisins had to go backup there only for the manager to get a attitude because he requested a fresh oatmeal and the fruit to go in the oatmeal got home the 2nd time in realized that the Apple's had expired 3 days ago this is literally the worst McDonald's to go to This is the 3rd time we have experienced this with him will not be returning.
