Stopped here for lunch and was not disappointed. Friendly staff and quick service. I had the pork and brisket sandwich and Jimmy had the jumbo brisket sandwich. Both had plenty of meat and the sauce was delicious. Beans and potato salad were good. Also got a cobbler and cheesecake for later!

The brisket is really good, sliced thin and tender. I loved the potato salad, too. Friendly people and good food.

Had ribs and brisket. Potato salad and beans. Very short wait for the meal. Brisket was tender and juicy. Nice smoke. Ribs were flavorful, tender, nice smoke. The beans had excellent flavor, the potato salad was very good. I missed out on the chicken, didn't have any available. I hope to try that next trip. Worth a try. Really nice people putting out good BBQ. Update: Got the smoked chicken. A leg & thigh. Excellent smoke and rub. Tender, juicy. The mild sauce pairs well , on the side. I will definitely come back to Shorty's.
