After a horrible experience at a neighboring hotel, the River Lodge was a much needed relief for our family. They even let us check in early so we could get out of the old hotel and it is the train. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I love that they have a "tiny convenience store" behind the front counter. Very useful!!

The room was very nice, clean. And the jacuzzi was great. But a lot of the channels didn't come in on the cable/satellite. Couldn't connect to the wifi all night. And very disappointed the pool was not open.

Shady and fraudulent charges. Booked a hotel block 6 months in advance for a wedding and they decided to charge me for every room. Even tried to say that nobody stayed in the rooms then when I pushed back and said some did they tried to change the story to a few people stayed. Charged me for 9 rooms when I didn't even stay there.

Lots of pros one con Staff is so nice, thank you! Stopped due to storm Landon, easy to find and get to I love that it’s 100% smoke free Accessibility is five star, i appreciated the tub mat, the rails etc very much Room was clean Definitely dated in some ways, but everything was clean The only con is that you can hear word for word what people in the next room are saying
