This was by far the worst hotel I have ever experienced. I would have rather slept in the car had it not been for us having our 3 toddlers. DO NOT BOOK ANY ROOM HERE!! The room itself was disgusting and filthy....roaches on the bed, uncleaned (dead bugs, food crumbs, dried boogers on walls, and insect infested webs in every wall corner), exterior was unkempt, lobby had a horrible odor, and the manager was the most unprofessional, arrogant, rude business owner I've ever encountered. I confronted Mr. Chaudhry (manager and owner) about the filth of the room so he offered to let me see another room, but as soon as I walked in the housekeeper and I both noticed dead roaches and food smears left behind. I informed Mr. Chaudhry once again that this was unacceptable, unhygienic and I was not having my whole family down the next evening to experience this either so I needed a full refund and cancellation for the other 4 rooms the following night. He started getting defensive and told me I wasn't going to be satisfied with any rooms here because this was not a Marriott where I would pay $200-$300, so what did I expect. I told him I didn't expect a Marriott, but I did expect a clean, safe environment for my family. He said he has monthly records of pest control so I explained once the bugs are poisoned, you still have to clean them up and it obviously had not been cleaned anywhere in a long time. I asked how the health department would feel about these conditions, and he said the health department was nicer than me and he was very proud of his $2 million property. I stood my ground until I was finally refunded and cancelled our rooms for the next night. Unfortunately, we had to stay the rest of the night in the 'Roach Coach Motel' since our kids had already passed out as we didn't arrive until after 10pm.

The place was filthy. Room carpets were unclean. Beds had bugs crawling on them. That's all Ih ad to see. Refused to stay in a room that had bugs. The owner threatened to call the police and refused to refund our money. He told us to never come back on his property. And that we we not get are fund. Lobby smelled funny. Thank goodness we were able to add a night to our stay in Nashville.

I never like to write a poor review, but this room was FILTHY!! I can't see how it had been vacuumed yet in 2022. There was old food on the wall, sticky soda on the nightstand, the ashtry had been emptied with half the ashes all over the sink counter. The sheets hadn't been changed. I was more comfortable using the out house on the ozark trails then the tolite, and NO way I was going to shower. I stay in cheap motels since I am poor, but I've never stayed in a filthy room no matter what the rate. Had to give it a star to be able to post.

Positive: I liked the staff. I liked the choice of a room. I like the quiet. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The tv channels were great. Negative: There was clogs of hair in the tub that I had to pull out so it could drain properly. There was dried urine at the base of the toilet. With these 2 things it was hard to trust that the room was clean, clean enough. Good thing I had my lysol spray.
